Action plans to take information learned at PEAK home and share with other members.

PEAK is set up in a very successful tier system again that will allow students to focus on the areas in which they wish to develop with fellow students of their own age. The areas of emphasis will be as follows:

  • Grades 7-8-9: Exploring agricultural education and the FFA; understanding basic leadership; preparing for success in high school, goal setting, personal image projection, and investing in others.

  • Sophomores: Importance of involvement; SAE development and proficiency opportunities; making positive choices; investing in others.

  • Juniors: Modeling expectations; personal development; using talents and leadership; investing in others.

  • Seniors: Modeling expectations; how to handle change; living a life of service; investing in others.
